ESS aims to implement and renew the following services:
• Lot 1 - Mobile telephony services
• Lot 2 - On-premises VoIP/IP telephony services

ESS intends to conclude a contract for both a comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM) system and a Time Reporting system. Suppliers are encouraged to submit proposals for either system separately or for both systems collectively.
