VESPA BERYLLIUM FILTER SYSTEM
The Beryllium Filter System is a component of the VESPA neutron spectrometer in construction at the ESS. The filter system is constituted of wedges of beryllium intercalated with sheets of cadmium, which also clads the outer faces not in the neutron beam path (top, bottom, sides). Signs and labelling services
The services required comprehend all the relevant activities to create and produce signs, labels and marking for the ESS Facility.
Such activities may cover different aspects such as recommendation to the best solutions for ESS to produce their own signs, labels or marking, or to provide ready to use signs, labels or marking and as an option installation of signs. The contract period will be 5 years.

Service agreement for Electrical Operations and Maintenance
The European Spallation Source (ESS) requires a service agreement with a partner company for service and maintenance the electrical equipment within the ESS facility. This includes mainly of high voltage equipment (transformers and switchboards) and also low voltage equipment. The company will also need to provide 24/7 on call electrical service team.

Service Agreement for waste management at ESS Site
Service Agreement for waste mangement at ESS Site.
Relatively large amounts of waste will need to be handled within ESS.
In addition to waste generated during normal operations, the installation work that might take place a few year more will also generate large amounts of waste. The purpose of this procurement is to award a service agreement with one contractor for the performance of a waste management program.

No handling of radioactive waste is covered by this procurement.

Framework Agreement for Servers
ESS will need access to a large hardware and services catalogue for the supply of hardware and solutions.
The server hardware will include industrial PCs, virtualization servers (some with specialized use cases requiring a need for GPU) that will run Linux virtualisation servers (oVirt, Proxmox, Openstack), storage servers with HDDs, SSDs or both that will be used for distributed and parallel storage systems (Ceph and Lustre).
